Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling an order

• Online orders are made as soon as they are paid, so they cannot be cancelled from the app. If you need to cancel, contact us straight away: if the kitchen has not started your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
• Once an order is being prepared or is ready, it can no longer be cancelled.
• If we have to cancel your order (for example, an item has just run out and you do not want a replacement), we refund the full amount you paid.

Problems with your order

If something is missing, wrong or not as it should be, tell us at the window, the counter or your table before you leave, or contact us as soon as you can. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund for that item.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method (the same UPI, card, bank account or wallet) through Cashfree Payments.
• Once we start a refund, banks usually credit it within 5 to 7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.
• Payments made at the café in cash are refunded in cash at the café.
• If a payment was taken but the order did not go through, the amount is refunded automatically. If you do not see it within 7 working days, please contact us with the payment details.
