Ways to get your order

• Drive-through: order online on the way or at the window. Your order is handed over at the window by your car number.
• Takeaway: order online or at the counter and collect at the counter when your token is called or shows on the screen.
• Dine-in: order at the counter, from a waiter, or with the QR code on your table.

When you can order online

You can build your order from anywhere. It can be placed once you are close to MOKA, so it is made as you arrive and is fresh when you collect it. The ordering app shows how far you are and when ordering opens. A table's QR code works only at that table.

Ready times

The app shows an estimated ready time based on what the kitchen is making at that moment. It is an estimate: at busy times it can take a little longer, and the order tracker updates you as it is made.

Collecting

• Keep your token number. Orders are handed over against the token, or the car number at the drive-through.
• Please collect your order soon after it is ready, so it is enjoyed hot and fresh.
• Please check your order when you receive it, and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Hours

MOKA is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Online ordering can pause briefly when the café is very busy; the counter and window stay open.
