Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

• Your name and mobile number, when you order online: to identify your order and, if you agree, to send order updates on WhatsApp.
• Your car number, for drive-through orders: so we hand the order to the right car.
• Your location, only while you use the cart and the order tracker and only if you allow it: to check you are close enough to order, to show the route to MOKA, and to tell our team when you arrive. Your position is checked and then discarded; we do not store where you have been. We record only the distance from MOKA when ordering opened and the time you arrived.
• Your order and payment status: what you ordered, the amount and whether it was paid, for our accounts and for tax.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI and bank details go directly to Cashfree; we never see or store them.

Cookies and storage

The ordering app keeps your cart and your current order on your device so they are not lost if the page reloads. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

Sharing

We share your details only with the services that make ordering work (Cashfree Payments for payment, WhatsApp for messages you agreed to, and our hosting provider), and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your name and phone number from past orders at any time, except where we must keep them for the law.

You can turn location off at any time in your browser; you can still order at the counter or window. To see, correct or delete your details, contact us:
